Our high end video editing system offers a high power system based on the Intel core ultra 2nd generation desktop platform and is aimed at those who need the highest performance in both single core and multi core workloads.  The processor is the latest core ultra generation model with 24 cores and 24 threads.  The GPU is the RX 9070 XT with 16GB of video memory.  This rig is able to power through 4K, 5K and 6K content.

The addition of Thunderbolt 4 provides a very high bandwidth interface for use with external storage and even external GPU.  The data transfer speeds over thunderbolt are up to 4 times faster than via regular USB 3.0.

The 1TB WD Black SN7100 scratch drive offers one of the highest performance currently available with any SSD. This system also sees storage increase to 8TB and as we are using the Ironwolf Pro drive, write performance is maintained at a very high level, even for very large amounts of data being written to the drive.  The power supply is also increased to 850w output.

The AMD RX 9070 XT GPU configuration in this system offers an increase in performance over the RTX 4070 Ti and offers an increase in VRAM to 16GB.  A significant amount of the video editing workload is carried out on the GPU so by utilising this high performance card, the processing power of the GPU significantly reduces render times.  This is ideal for real time processing of high resolution content in HDR.  Coupled with the 24 core processor and core ultra platform, this system is able to process seriously quickly.
