The primary limitation compared to Windows 11 Professional is the absence of Remote Desktop hosting — if you need to access this workstation remotely from another PC, you would need to upgrade to Windows 11 Pro. What does the warranty cover?
This system is covered by a 3-year parts and labour Return to Base (RTB) warranty. In the event of a component failure, you return the system to Punch Technology and we repair or replace the faulty parts and return it to you at no additional cost. Our team is also available for ongoing technical support throughout the warranty period.

Can this system be upgraded later?
Yes. Two M.2 slots and four SATA ports are available for additional storage, and two DIMM slots are free for a straightforward RAM upgrade up to 256GB total.
