NVIDIA RTX 4000 SFF Ada Generation 20GB GDDR6 Workstation Graphics Card
A low-profile, 70W professional graphics card with 20GB of ECC memory, bringing Ada Lovelace workstation performance to small form factor systems.
The RTX 4000 SFF Ada Generation is unusual: it packs 6,144 CUDA cores, 192 fourth-generation Tensor Cores and 48 third-generation RT Cores into a half-height card only 6.6 inches long that draws its 70W entirely from the PCIe slot. That makes it the most capable professional card that will fit a compact workstation, a slim desktop or a small rack chassis where a full-height card cannot go.
20GB of ECC memory
Twenty gigabytes of GDDR6 with error-correcting code is more than most consumer cards offer and enough for large CAD models, medical imaging, GIS datasets and AI inference on the desktop. The 160-bit interface delivers 280 GB/s of bandwidth.
Ada Lovelace performance
NVIDIA rates the card at 19.2 TFLOPS single-precision, 44.3 TFLOPS RT Core performance and 306.8 TFLOPS Tensor performance. Two encode and two decode engines with AV1 support handle professional video, and the card is VR Ready. It supports DirectX 12, Shader Model 6.6, OpenGL 4.6, Vulkan 1.3, CUDA and OpenCL 3.0.
Four displays from a small card
Four Mini DisplayPort 1.4a outputs drive up to four 4K displays at 120Hz, four 5K displays at 60Hz or two 8K displays at 60Hz. The active cooler occupies two slots. Punch can fit it in a new compact workstation with certified professional drivers.
Ideal for
- Small form factor and slim-desktop CAD workstations
- Multi-display professional systems in confined spaces
- Edge AI inference and imaging where power and space are limited
