FSP Cannon Pro 2000W 80 PLUS Gold Fully Modular PCIe Gen 5 ATX PSU
A 2000W, fully modular power supply for multi-GPU workstations and AI or rendering systems that a conventional unit cannot feed.
The FSP Cannon Pro (12V-2×6) is FSP’s flagship desktop power supply. It delivers 2000W of continuous power from a single +12V rail rated at 166.6A, which is the sort of headroom needed for two or more high-end graphics cards, dual-socket workstation boards or a heavily loaded compute box. It is aimed at engineers, 3D artists, machine-learning developers and anyone building a system where the graphics cards alone can draw well over a kilowatt.
Power delivery
FSP quotes 92% or better efficiency at typical load, backed by 80 PLUS Gold certification, active PFC of 0.9 or higher and a hold-up time above 17ms at full load. The 5V and 3.3V rails use a DC-to-DC design fed from the main 12V stage, which keeps minor-rail regulation tight when the 12V rail is heavily loaded. Japanese electrolytic capacitors are used throughout and FSP’s MIA IC monitoring chipset handles the protection suite: over-voltage, over-current, under-voltage, short-circuit, over-power and over-temperature.
Connectivity
This is the 12V-2×6 revision of the Cannon Pro, so it ships with two native PCIe Gen 5 12V-2×6 connectors for current NVIDIA cards alongside twelve conventional 6+2 pin PCIe connectors. Two 4+4 pin CPU connectors support dual-socket or high-current single-socket boards, and there are fourteen SATA, five Molex and one floppy connector for storage and peripherals. Every cable is modular, all-black and round, so you only fit what the build needs.
Cooling and noise
A 135mm double ball bearing fan is rated for continuous 24/7 operation and is sized to move the heat of a 2000W unit without running at high speed under normal loads. The wide 100 to 240V input suits UK mains and standby draw is under 0.5W.
Compatibility
At 200mm long the Cannon Pro needs a case with generous power supply clearance; check your chassis specification before ordering. Punch can fit it in a new workstation build where a multi-GPU configuration is required.
