Performance
be quiet! rates the Shadow Rock Slim at 160W TDP, which covers mainstream and upper mid-range Intel and AMD processors at stock settings with headroom to spare. Heat moves from a nickel-plated, CNC-machined copper base through the four heat pipes into brushed aluminium fins, and clips are included for an optional second 120mm fan if extra capacity is wanted.
Cooling and noise
The silence-optimised 135mm fan uses nine airflow-optimised blades, a rifle bearing and a four-pole motor, spinning to a maximum of 1400 rpm under PWM control. be quiet! quotes 11.5 dB(A) at 50% speed, 18.7 dB(A) at 75% and just 23.7 dB(A) at full speed, with an 80,000-hour bearing lifespan at 25°C.

The cooler measures 52 x 130 x 161mm without mounting hardware (74 x 137 x 161mm with the fan and clips fitted) and weighs 730g, light enough for Punch to ship it fitted.
