The Enhance ENP-7660B is the 600W member of Enhance’s ENP7600 Platinum series, a Flex ATX unit that is widely regarded as the reference design for high-power small form factor builds. Punch fits it in the Loop LP-2700 all-in-one chassis and other 1U-bay cases where a capable graphics card needs to be powered from a slim supply. It suits compact gaming systems, small workstations and all-in-one PCs that need more than a basic office specification.

Power and efficiency

The unit delivers 600W continuous with a single +12V rail rated at 50A, so almost the whole output is available to the processor and graphics card. Enhance rates efficiency at 90% at 20% load, 92% at 50% load and 89% at full load (115V), and the unit carries 80 PLUS Platinum certification. Active PFC, a full-range 100 to 240V input and a 16ms hold-up time at 75% load round out the electrical specification.

Connectivity

Fixed cabling provides a 20+4 pin main connector, a 4+4 pin CPU connector, two separate 6+2 pin PCIe connectors for the graphics card, four SATA connectors and Molex peripheral connectors. Two PCIe connectors are unusual in this format and allow a mid-range to upper mid-range graphics card to be fitted in a slim system.

Cooling and protection

A 40mm fan with voltage that varies with temperature and output power keeps noise low at everyday loads. Protection covers over-power, over-voltage, over-current, over-temperature, under-voltage and short-circuit conditions, and Enhance quotes a demonstrated MTBF of 100,000 hours at full load and 25°C.

Compatibility

Measuring 150 x 81.5 x 40.5mm, the ENP-7660B uses the standard Flex ATX outline and fits any chassis designed for that format. Punch can fit it in a new all-in-one or small form factor build.
