Is this system suitable for V-Ray GPU rendering and Lumion?
Yes. The RTX 5070 Ti carries the same 16GB of GDDR7 memory as the RTX 5080, meaning scene capacity and VRAM-limited workloads in V-Ray GPU, Lumion and Enscape are handled on equal terms to the higher systems in this range. Where the RTX 5070 Ti differs is in raw compute throughput — renders will take modestly longer than on an RTX 5080, but scene complexity is not restricted by memory capacity.
Is 8 cores enough for professional rendering?
For GPU-led rendering workflows — which is the primary use case for this system — the CPU workload is relatively light, and 8 Zen 5 cores at up to 5.5GHz is more than sufficient for scene preparation, geometry processing and supporting the GPU. For CPU rendering in V-Ray or Chaos Corona, the 9700X performs solidly in the context of freelance and small studio workloads. Is Windows 11 Home suitable for professional use?
Windows 11 Home is fully compatible with all professional rendering and visualisation software listed above. The primary limitation compared to Windows 11 Professional is the absence of Remote Desktop hosting. What does the warranty cover?
This system is covered by a 3-year parts and labour Return to Base (RTB) warranty. In the event of a component failure, you return the system to Punch Technology and we repair or replace the faulty parts and return it to you at no additional cost. Our team is also available for ongoing technical support throughout the warranty period.
Can this system be upgraded later?
Yes. Two M.2 slots and four SATA ports are available for additional storage, and two free DIMM slots allow a straightforward upgrade to 128GB of RAM.
