The TL-C12CW-S is the white version of the TL-C12C-S, the fan Thermalright ships on its own coolers. It is a standard 25mm-thick 120mm fan with a white frame and translucent blades that spread the addressable lighting across the whole impeller. Under 4-pin PWM control it reaches 1550 RPM, where Thermalright rates it at 66.17 CFM, 1.53 mmH2O and 25.6 dBA. That profile suits it to intake and exhaust positions and lightly restricted radiators rather than thick radiators or dense filters.

Bearing and noise

Thermalright’s S-FDB fluid dynamic bearing keeps the impeller steady in any mounting orientation and holds noise down at low speeds. Rubber corner pads isolate the fan from the case panel. Each fan weighs 120g and draws 0.20A.

Lighting and packaging

Lighting uses a standard 3-pin 5V ARGB plug controlled by the motherboard’s software, with no proprietary hub. This is the bulk-packed version: the fan comes without a retail box, which suits builders adding several fans at once. Punch fits these in white builds and connects them to the motherboard’s ARGB header.
