Aerocool APNX AP1-V ARGB CPU Air Cooler White
A white single-tower air cooler with five heat pipes and a 120mm ARGB fan, rated by APNX for processors up to 245 W.
The APNX AP1-V is Aerocool’s premium-brand tower cooler, built for people who want a clean white heatsink with addressable RGB lighting rather than a bare aluminium stack. It uses five 6mm heat pipes running into an aluminium block that APNX calls Heat Core Touch Technology, which puts the pipes in direct contact with the CPU heat spreader. A single 120mm hydro-bearing fan clips to the front of the fin stack. The 245 W rating gives it enough headroom for current Intel Core and AMD Ryzen desktop chips in a gaming or workstation PC without stepping up to a liquid cooler.
Cooling and noise
The fan is PWM controlled between 600 and 1800 rpm, so it can idle very quietly and only spin up under sustained load. APNX quotes a noise range of 16.1 to 32.8 dB(A), maximum airflow of 76.3 CFM and static pressure of 3.36 mm-H2O, which is enough to push air through the dense fin array. The hydro bearing is rated for an 80,000-hour MTBF.
Compatibility
The AP1-V ships with mounting hardware for Intel LGA1851, LGA1700, LGA1200 and LGA115x sockets and for AMD AM5 and AM4. At 165 mm tall it needs a mid-tower or larger case, so check your case’s CPU cooler clearance before ordering. The fin stack is offset to leave room for taller memory modules, and the fan can be installed without removing the heatsink.
Lighting
The fan carries addressable RGB LEDs on a standard 5V 3-pin header, so lighting can be synchronised with the motherboard’s own software or with an ARGB controller. The white frame and fan suit light-themed builds. Punch can fit this cooler in a new build or supply it separately for an upgrade.
