The Custom PC Build Process

Gathering Components Phase - 2-9 days
In this phase, we gather together the components for your PC either from stock or buy the parts from local suppliers. This phase is the longest of the whole process and is currently taking up to 9 days.

Build Phase - 2/3 days
Once we have all the components and a space in the build schedule, we release the order to be built and you get an automated email to update you.

Testing Phase - 24 hours
We go through an automated testing routine and visual inspection.

Shipping Phase - Next day delivery
Small PC builds are shipped via DPD, and you will receive automated shipping and tracking updates from DPD. Larger PC builds are shipped on a pallet. Both these shipping methods are next day delivery services.
